I am sorry but I quit reading because the lack of paragraphs is a real problem.

I think you do have a problem with his attraction and it surrounds weight and being toned. I guess he thinks he deserves some trophy wife because that's what I get from his behavior.

Past that, I wouldn't stay with him. You cheated with someone you apparently like well enough. He gives you what you desire. Your husband only gives you children and then rejects you.

I am pro-marriage, but this isn't a marriage I'd want to stay in.

I would also suggest that he's probably not been a good boy while away and he may have a porn/masturbation thing going to make up for the lack of sex.

Anyway, give him a "my way or the highway" talk and see if things change for the better as one last chance. But don't expect a miracle.
