Re: Happy in Love but.........
Before you go the implant route...
What size is your chest? if anything over a 34C, I would recommend a "lift"
I would first highly recommend....
A good diet, not a crash diet, but a diet that involves eating 5-6 small meals a day, healthy foods, not junk food or fast food, no soda.....good foods.
I would also recommend a good work out program, Especially weights and cardio. do 3 days of Cardio and 2 strength training. I recommend the book. "the new rules to lifting for women" great book if available in NZ.
Now I would diet and workout for at least a year before any surgery, it takes a long time for the "body" to kick in and see results, throw away the scale, go by Mirror appearance only, because muscle weighs more then fat. You will not "bulk up" only steroids will do that, so have no worries.
After getting your body in the best possible shape, then you can decide if you want Implants/lift or a tummy tuck and minimize the work has to be done, they have a thing called "a mommy makeover" my wife would like to get one.
I would seriously recommend exercising and eating healthier as a start.
You will notice you feel better and have more energy, plus it helps when other men notice you as well. I LOVE a women that is exercising and working out, because it shows me she cares and has self confidence.
Best of luck, I think surgery is the last option to go.
