I spent the weekend helping my husband with his office move. He runs the IT department so I connected all of the internet/phone lines while he got the servers up and running.
The woman he had the EA with a year ago still works there and it was sooooooo tempting to leave that desk disconnected but then I thought it would give her a reason to go talk to him, so I didn't do it. I really wanted to leave a little mark to let her know I was there

...like put little mustaches on her pictures or just something fairly lame but in the end I took the high road and did nothing devious. The good news is that her desk could not be any further away from my husband's office so I was glad I went and saw the new digs.
What still bugs me 1 year later is that when he ended it with her and said he wanted to work on his marriage, she said 'what about one last hurrah?' Their fling lasted a few weeks and got as far as going to lunch together & kissing. Eeewww so I still have this urge to give her one last hurrah

because her actions and especially that comment just make me feel that she has no respect for me as his wife. I guess it was good in the end because it made him realize she was not being a supportive friend to him because he thought this comment was off the wall ridiculous.
The best part of the day was when the president came to thank me and said 'you know, all the men around here just complain about their wives, but your husband always has the same response "I am very fortunate, my wife is not like that"'
