Thanks for sharing, I can relate very well with what you have said as i myself have been in the situation many times. But i m yet to learn to let go and be calm.....will add your points
OK let me summerise the pointers so that i will remember better
1) Take time out
2) Kill them with kindness
3) Setting boundaries
4) Forgive and Forget
5) Count numbers
6) Keep mum (silent?)
