I think that may be legal in Las Vegas, but I don't think it is in Texas.
But on topic. I'm not a guy, but I would have a problem with this if my SO wasn't a prostitute when I married them. If they were already in the profession at the exchanging of vows and I knew it, it would be a little silly to expect them to stop 'cause I said so.
Certain parts of my husband's life have been promised exclusively to myself. The same goes for him.
In their case, this is apparently something he's okay with. Who knows? Maybe it's an idea he likes or he enjoys hearing about her adventures. It might work for them.
