Thank you Aug...I just got off the phone with the attorney and my D. He CAN file abandonment if he chooses. She didn't think that that makes a difference to most judges, but that would be the ones around here...and it would have to be filed in Tulsa. Different.

I gave my D the information. Now she's got some real thinking to do. I told her unless she had a very compelling reason to leave (abuse), then she needs to contact an attorney yesterday. No telling where this is going.

The last thing I'd heard they were going to go to MC, forgive and forget the past (her EA and possible PA with someone else), and fix things. That was two days ago. Now this. My children are making an old woman out of me.
