Auntie Mame (the Rosalind Russell version, 1958). Not a typical RomCom per se, but a terrific movie about the love between a child & the woman who becomes his guardian after his father dies. The woman does find true love during the movie, but it is a side plot.

Plus, this movie is hi-lar-i-ous! I promise your cheeks will be sore from laughing at this movie.
