I really was looking for help with this fan, because I thought it may have had some kind of problem that could be fixed.
I went to the manufacturer's website first, and they didn't seem to have anything helpful. So I Googled "ceiling fan forums," and that's how I found them.
Turned out the problem was with me, not the fan
. Go figure, lol, this could be a recurrent theme in my life.
