retard by definition means slow, and applied to the "mind" means someone who is stupid. Whether they were born that way or choose to be that way is too different cases obviously. However, retard (stupid) DEFINITELY fits this man as he chose to do stupid things.

If you took offense to me calling him stupid, then I'm sorry. If you took offense to a slang term for someone who is mentally handicapped, then maybe you are overly sensitive, as I didn't mean it that way at all.

I honestly was just calling the man stupid.
