Lying isn't going to help, but you know that already. It's just going to cause more things to build up inside until you explode all over someone who doesn't deserve it (or does lol)
I always get defensive in arguments too, dont handle confrontation well, my H is the same way. Which is why we hardly speak to each other. I know both of us are extremely unhappy, and both of us are just looking for a way OUT.. but yet we go through the motions every day.. doing what we always do.. without saying a word.
Because when we do say a word.. one of us is always screaming "OH SO ITS MY FAULT!?" ... I think the truth is easier than living a lie.. no matter what the outcome..
eh.. I talk so big for someone who does this "should i stay or should i go" dance every day... I need to listen to myself
