And then, once you tell your ex to eff off in your mind...get dolled up even if you don't want to, stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself how awesome and beautiful you are.
I know you feel like building all your walls up again. Understandable. But you never know what life has in store for you. This could have been just a life lesson and your true mate is out there, just waiting for you to heal
