As a cynic and a 'foreigner...' I feel that aid will be forthcoming this time.. There is an Election coming.. and there are a lot of rich folks methinks in those areas.. not the 'unimportant poor' like New Orleans..

Oh and if Arnie gets any further up Bush's ass, he'll be able to see what he had for breakfast..
