I hope he doesn't try to make a big deal out of this. He posted it originally to his fb page and the ATL cops are investigating based on that... it wasn't like Perry was "complaining" to the authorities, it was more like he was venting to his fan base. Perhaps he hasn't been stopped by authorities in a while and doesn't know the routine.
