That's what I want to start doing. Yoga while entertained. Or walking/jog on a treadmill.

oh to be clear I WAS doing it while watching TV (by doing it I mean staring at my dumbells while sitting on the couch watching TV too - the dumbells were in front of the TV so I could see both simultaneously)
