Fasting
Hello my dears. I have been doing tons of research on weight loss, exercise, the whole bit. I came across something that spoke to me, something I without knowing it, FASTING.
I know many people who fast due to religion. I have had to fast before a full physical exam. This isn't rocket science, but the idea is to fast 14-18 hours every other day to allow your body to tap into its fat reserves instead of constantly being fed food.
I bought a few books on the subject, but haven't had a chance to read them. I was wondering if any of you use fasting to lose weight, what you think of it, and if you succeeded or failed.
