I'll never forget when my dad came home (early/mid 80s) with our first microwave. My mom was like, wtf is that? And he said, This will change your life, woman! And it sure did LOL Took up our whole kitchen too.

I won't own one, but she loves hers!

Our VCR was huge too. HUGE! Flashed 12:00 for years.
