hmm ok well she is undecided as to who she wants..you or the other guy..she may have another phone that he got her or is contacting him one way or another. She's in the fog. Don't give her anything, no money, nothing,, go cold on her, stop talking to her for a while..she needs to see if she wants to be with you or not.
