Move abroad without him--Enjoy your new country and experience it for yourself. He is still involved emotionally in his old relationship. You can not start a new relationship with one still unfinished. Don't marry him, you will be sorry you did. Enjoy your freedom and meet someone without an old relationship tagging along.
