The 180 is not a tool for divorce, or separation OR for bringing him back.
It is a method employed so you can take care of yourself and empower yourself so you are not left floundering whether you D or R.
Changing your dance will make him take notice and as you 180 yourself and develop a new found confidence and respect for yourself, he may just start to realise what he's about to lose.
It can work in favour of the relationship, but it WILL work in favour of YOU!

I have questions about the 180 Program. I see people are using this tools as a way to distance themselves from the realtionship with their spouse until the separation or divorce is final.
