So, I was creating a word document full of evidence of my WWs EA, and plans to make it PA, because I plan on mailing it to the OMs parents house once my divorce is final.

As I'm reading some of the parts that disgust me the most, I literally yell out "F*** you" "F*** you, you stupid B*****" as if she were sitting next to me.

I didn't have so much restraint the first few times I read them.

I do the same thing. I often found my self saying out loud " I'm done" When thinking about my WW.
