Default What do you think?

I am recently separated the only problem is I still live at home with my ex husband until the separation agreement is written up.I am interested in a man that I dated yrs ago,he is actually my best friend's father. He was showing interest in me calling me etc and 2 weeks ago I was visiting my friend and I called and asked him when I would see him again he said right now and he came right over.We were laughing and we were both flirty.I called him last week to see if he wanted to hang out on the weekend and he said he may have something to do but he would call and let me know.I have not heard from him since.Does anyone know what he may be thinking?I want to call again so he still thinks I am interested but my friend said I should wait for him to call me.This man is shy and he does not discuss his feelings with anyone.I don't want to let him get away I did that yrs ago and I regretted it he is a great man.

I think you are not yet recently separated, nor do you have an ex- quite yet. Many guys do not want to get involved with someone who is either not definitely out of a marriage, or who is rebounding quickly. Let some time pass to see what really happens with your marriage. If there is any way to save it, I believe that should be first priority.

I agree.. Your not even seperated.. Plus seperated doesn't mean you should date. it's a trial to see how you feel apart.. You have to get your self right first. Why are you seperating??

That depends. The length of the "separation" isn't always under our control. My husband moved out almost two years ago. The lawyers/courts take their time. However, I agree....if you and the husband are still living together, it doesn't even appear to be a separation. Think how that must look to decent prospective suitors.
