I have read through your "diary" and even though it is nice to see you a little bit more ...as one poster said "upbeat"...it sure seems as if you are still angry and a bit threatening?
Your a little wishy washy...I have read you "loved" her so much..but then you are into threatening her...
I have been there done that and you will get no where...especially with your own peace of mind...
After reading "ALL" your posts...it seems there were a lot of issues in the marriage to begin with...

She calls me over and over now wanting to talk from a blocked # not happening. Complete honesty or nothing. What should I say. Thank you for forking me and my kids and my life under to the point I cant live. Not talking to you. You did all of this with your kids and you want to be all nice now.
