Just thought I would share some info after just reading a post about an ungrateful teen.
Ever watch "Super Nanny?" Jo Frost is a skilled behaviorist that can walk into a chaotic and disorganized home and work with the parents to use new and powerful parenting techniques.
She teaches Positive Reinforcement, Negative Reinforcement, Extinction, immediate rewards and delayed rewards. I suggest to anyone interested in effectively managine their household to watch the show. Also past seasons are available on DVD Net Flix.
Also google search parenting with behaviorism or some other terms. Author: Howard Rachlin has covered the topic as well.
