I know this is a lil off topic from what everyone is going through. well for those that know me me and the misses decided to work on what we have. everything is a uphill battle but at least we doing it together.

anyway down to the reason y im posting. our anniversary is the 16th of july. we are going on vacation for that week to dominican republic. we are also moving the 1st of july. everything is really hectic and i realized last night that i didnt get her a anniversary gift yet.

so being the geek i am i checked on line and found out the traditional thing to get is cotton or dishes. as much as i would love to just go out and buy something like that i wanted to do something from the heart. funny thing is with all the moving and the vacation stuff coming up im a lil lost.

so if i could get a few suggestions as to what would be a romantic thing to do or get it will be great. and please dont say jewelry. thank the lord shes not into that

You could stay with the cotton theme and gear it around your vacation....a beach bag with a giant cotton beach towel (for 2), a nice photo album to put pictures of your trip in, & maybe something sexy for her to wear to bed.

You could also contact the hotel ahead of time and ask them to have a bouquet and card (with a brilliant loving narration on your part) at the ready when you set foot in the room.

i told my hubby to think of something sexual for the bedroom department.
i suggest have lunch out. not an evening meal. by the time your full from eating, your to bloated to do n e thing after that.
its just a hug and bed.
yes ask her out for lunch and try to meet eachother there, and present her with her favourite flowers.
maybe the same flowers you had on your wedding day, or whats her favourite colour. if her fav colour is pink, then get pink flowers.
