Default Jealousy is driving me insane

I am extremely jealous of my husband He has done nothing that I know of but my past relationships have all been with a cheating partner I know my husband has nothing to do with my past but the thoughts are in my head. He has friends over at all hours of the night mostly when i am asleep they never come in because they say they like to hang out outside. Just last week i woke up at 430 in the morning he was not in the bed when i went outside he was sitting a friends truck (his friend and his friends wife) but quickly jumped out when I was seen. It drives me crazy I want so badly to trust him but just cant do it I am always wanting to know where he is what he is doing and who he is with PLEASE HELP!!!

Well if he's not being trustworthy and hanging out in cars til nearly 5 a.m. I can't say I'm surprised w how u feel. Talk to him and let him know that behavior doesn't jive with you.

Yeah i did that and it just causes arguments cause he says they are just friends but i think friends should show up at decent hours and come inside and socialize but he disagrees with that

Uhhh...you get married and they become mutual friends. No reason you can't be included, right?

Seems like odd behavior. Maybe he's not cheating, but what is he doing? Any chance of drugs?....why else would he jump out of the truck like he was just caught at something. And...unless he works third shift, why is an adult, married man running around outside until 5am? Just doesn't seem like normal, responsible, adult behavior. I don't think this is an issue that you have about trust, I think this is poor behavior on his behalf so don't blame yourself for feeling this way.

Seeing red flags from here, it would appear something is amiss and hidden

Hubby is keeping secrets, and that is a killer to trust in a marriage.

He is also not respecting boundaries, such as you don't go out at 4:30am to sit and chat with friends. When caught you don't cover your tracks (which btw shows that he knows he shouldn't be doing it)

I'm thinking drugs ? Any history of use by him?
