|  Anyone familiar with Virginia divorce laws? experiences?
This post is for my dear brother, he is in a bad marriage and says a divorce would really screw him, and that even if she cheated on him (she hasn't, just sayin), he would still have to pay her alimony. He says women in VA are entitled to maintaining the same standard of living regardless of whether sheis the at fault party or has a career,etc. He has only Googled the subject though. Anyone tell me more? I just hate seeing him so unhappy. Oh, and they have an 8yo boy together.
