Do you want to take a relationship quiz and get feedback about your relationship? You can take the quiz in Spanish or English!!
The Healthy Relationships Project:

� Is a completely voluntary ONLINE questionnaire & is FREE
� Takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete
� Offers detailed relationship FEEDBACK based on your responses
o We provide feedback on 6 empirically validated measures
� Allows you to invite your partner/spouse to participate
o Provides more detailed feedback and allows you to compare your responses for
similarities and differences.
� Includes 2 FOLLOW-UP surveys
o Follow-up surveys occur 3 and 6 months after the initial survey
o After you complete a follow-up survey you will receive revised feedback and
you will be able to see how your relationship has changed over time
In order to participate you need to be:
✓ Living with or married to a romantic partner
✓ 18 years of age or older
