Thank you blueinbr! I really appreciate your honest opinions and talking with me about this! You make good points, and you are right marriage is an equal partnership. Heís a good person, and I think I didnít want to see that we werenít a good match. But youíre right we arenít.
The good news on the money front is her finances came to light when this went to court. Unfortunately it took a a court order to produce all financial statements because she refused to produce them without one. Now there is no child support paid by either parties, and the money is actually going to the kid instead of funding investment properties.
