Thank you. I've had a few dates this week. We've been riding our motorcycles together. While I've enjoyed riding again and his company, I still find that I miss my H. I don't know of he's still seeing the OW. I read that the so-called first woman in his life (after me) is not necessarily "the one" and I try not to be hopeful, but I miss him so much. I miss living as a couple and everything we've done in the past years. It's just hard to believe it's over. His attorney never responded to mine. She called the court to find out if there was an answer, found out his A filed an answer to the petition but never bothered to send her a copy. His A wrote to mine with a copy of the answer that he would call her the next day, never did. A month went by so she sent his A a proposed letter of how I wanted assets to be divided. Apparently his A hasn't answered or she would've called me right away. That was 3 weeks ago. I don't even know what to think. What could all the non and delayed response mean?

Sounds like there could have been some reluctance to close the deal. Maybe you should give him a call...or take another ride with your friend down to the HD dealership.
