Default New "Bad Guy"?

History is like a western; there has to be a bad guy to keep the nation focused (Hitler, Tojo, The Reds, Khomeini,...), so now that bin Laden is sleeping with the fish, who's next?

I'm sure we will be finding out here shortly....of course, we here in the good 'ol US of A have had our own share of home grown terrorists, sad to say.

The news media will surely nominate another one when they get through running the Osama bin Laden story into the ground. No one comes to mind at the moment though.

I would say Qaddafi, but he seems more like a side-show distraction than a "threat".

I thought about him too, but he is more of a nuisance than a threat. Besides his prominence on the international terrorist level was diminished by Regan's bombings in 1986.

Maybe this means we can have peace.....but there is no way with elections in 2012.

I vote for Cheney. To this day, that man scares the $h!t outta me!

BTW, I'm pretty conservative politically.

What about someone from Iran? Seems like we're not on very good terms with them anymore. I actually find it kind of unnerving that we're pulling all the troops out of Iraq just as things became bad with Iran. Makes me wonder if he thinks we'll need those troops here to protect the homeland.

Havnt been minding the news, lately, but there seems to be a lot of attention around the 99% and 53% in regards to the wall street protesters.

Maybe this is all smoke and mirrors until a proper "bad Guy" crawls out from his rock.

My bet is on the Iranian leader whose last name sounds like "I'm-in-a-jihad"

The leader of North Korea...I can't recall his name..but the one who looks like he combs his hair with an eggbeater...he's pretty creepy looking...and North Korea is a very dangerous and closed society.
