Re: No, this is NOT from the Onion!

She really is best not dating until she's done some work on herself...

It might also be an idea to have the children evaluated, as children pick up on their parents' anxiety and this woman sounds pretty unstable to me.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

It would have been? What would have been? Nothing has been yet.

However, I am not going to argue the merits of Hillary vs Trump, mostly because none of that matters at all. What does matter is Donald Trump (I still giggle when I say it) is our president. There is a significant degree of possibility that we are all really really ****ed.

And no more coping with infidelity threads, because, well, no one will be able to raise the flagpole.
Only liberals. Trump supporters won't have any problems with dating or mating, or raising the flagpole. Other than being distracted by so much winning, that is!

These are things he has said he'll do and therefore the more emotional people believe our entire value system and their future is at stake.

Me - I KNOW he's just a narcissistic, self-promoting salesman who will say anything to get attention. I don't believe he actually wanted to get elected at first. And I don't think he has ANY political agenda in spite of the knee jerk comments he makes. He has liberal, moderate and conservative views that fluctuate depending on the audience and his mood.

Ultimately, as a narcissist, he'll want to be beloved, and will find himself between a rock and a hard place when he sees "friends" and business people of all sorts on all sides of all issues. And for that reason I see him placating everyone and therefore being moderate - like all recent presidents. Plus some crazy antics and random decisions that keep people amused, worried or pleased depending on who wins.
I agree with all of that, and still don't get the oh-so-dramatic angst of the article.

Are you tired of winning yet?!!

Do you hear the people sing / Lost in the valley of the night?
It is the music of a people / Who are climbing to the light.
For the wretched of the earth / There is a flame that never dies.
Even the darkest night will end / And the sun will rise...

...either that or an excuse for the way her whole life is.
