The weed petition looks to be going up in smoke. 😆
hahahaha

That's the bad thing. It makes them so unconcerned, they let things go and forget things.

"Needs 67,321 signatures by March 25, 2017 to get a response from the White House". Tens days and counting to get 2/3rds more petition signatures that took 20 days to get the first 1/3rd.

I still believe that the AG's office will likely make a point of going after states with legalization laws. After which challenges will take place in federal district courts, followed by appeals and possibly to the Supreme Court tens year out. I suspect the Supreme Court will side with states laws over federal prohibition.

The Supreme Court would do that if it were filled with Constitutionalists. Unfortunately, that's not very likely.

My MiL is going through early stages right now, and the thought that Jeff Sessions wants to keep her from potentially life-changing treatment makes me want to throw a brick at him.
