Re: A Day Without A Woman

I wonder what would happen if all the women police officers and women OB/GYNs who are supposed to be delivering babies simply don't show up at work tomorrow?

Not to mention the women who manage Nuclear Power Plants or are caregivers to patients unable to find for themselves?

MattMatt would be left with the task of moderating this forum all by himself?

There are some really stupid people out there who give no thought to their so called "great ideas".

The problem with a "day without X" is that its difficult to predict turnout, so it might give the impression that X isn't important because members of that group decide to work anyway

It accomplishes what present day feminism usually accomplishes.....absolutely nothing.

Even if I don't get likes for it, I'm still going to say it.

Re: A Day Without A Woman

It was nice. I got to watch my bloody action movies. Did not have to put things in the dishwasher immediately after using them. No one talking to me about the relatives of friends that I do not know or showing me baby pictures of people I do not know. It was a great day and I am proposing a full week without women. Only because I get horny after a week.

Only kidding, well partly anyway. I could not survive without my wife.

Many prefer to drown in a pool of their own morality rather than seek the safety of a different morality.

Re: A Day Without A Woman

A day without women:

When women figure.

When their figures, no matter how much they crunch their abs, do not flatter their figure.

When women do not figure in men, into their lustful equation.

When women find porn more satisfying than a man.

When women find sex toys more satisfying then a man.

When the newest and youngest women throw themselves into orgies and self gratification, rather than marriage.

When women strut up to men and tell them they suck. That they can suck themselves for they are no longer needed.

When women and science collude. You can clone a women. But not a man. When women realize that men are extraneous baubles.

The world is changing. But our biology is not keeping up.

And when the women are figuring, they will find that no man measures up. And that no man can keep up the pace. Can keep it............up. No blue or red pill to take up tight the slack.

Then the men will take this world apart, so completely, that only weeds will grow and only clockroaches will be on the menu.

Beware, feminists. I see Blood on your Risers.

This....This is the nub of the stick that pokes me in the eye when the light of day energizes my optic nerve....SunCMars.... The Allegory of the Cave--> On this, I did a '180' and stepped out.

The Lion in Winter. Invictus..By Will, Shall... Saved from harm by my friends.

If I take off work tomorrow, it just means that I have twice as much to do the day after.

Did you ever read old English literature? I did once, in middle school. You read page after page of seemingly indecipherable code, it doesn't make sense the first time through. But then you go through it again and you really think about the words and the deeper meanings and then it starts to click. @SunCMars posts are just like that. They require the reader to really take their time and think about it.

When I first started reading the Old English literature, I hated it. Then I finally started to figure it out. A week later I withdrew from the course. In my opinion it was one of my better decisions.

Definitely understand that. I know quite a few women who are nurses, get paid hourly. Not going to work means they lose their pay for the entire day. The other option is to use up a vacation day, a day that would probably be better served otherwise. If people want to protest (whatever the reason), more power to them. I just don't see what this accomplishes, what does not showing up to work, possibly not getting paid, possibly putting your job security in question, burning a vacation day, really accomplish?
