I know all too well this is not uncommon, it just does not seem all too right either.

I totally agree, but that is what happens when you can sue anyone at any time with almost no fear of retribution (i.e., paying the court costs of the other side if you lose). Companies basically have decided it is cheaper to buy you off than deal with the legal system.

On a side note--I just went and asked my 11-year old daughter if she could explain what causes tides. She nailed it, but she's a nerd for that stuff like her old man.

What did she say?

Gosh, a corporate executive and a news commentator are unfit....must be fired...shunned by advertisers (even if the audience i.e., ratings are as high or higher), and stoned by the intelligentsia after allegations of impropriety, whereas a president of the United States can get a blow job from an intern in the Oval Office, abuse and threaten women over a lifetime, and then go on to have the entire support of the Democratic party, make millions of dollars on the speakers circuit, be feted by puzzi hat wearing feminists, and be the golden boy of leftist politics.

Hypocrisy much?

^^^^^

So sexual assault and harassment today is okay because an ex president got a blow job? No more jail time for rapist?

Supporting those who want to divorce or reconcile. Not every relationship is the same.

If its really rape or sexual harassment of course its not ok. Oftentimes however, the charges are made after the deal didn't come through as promised.

Screw FOX management, let them rot in hell. You can't claim to be a feminist and have supported Ted Kennedy and support the clintons. You can't allow what O'Reilly did and maintain any claim to being fair, balanced and open to all comers. He cost them a load of talented and needed broadcasters. He deprived them of a solid future.

Decades ago my grandfather was a munccplalty judge. There was an accident down on the street. I ran to his house and urged him to go see it. He declined saying he might be hearing a case about it. My mother and I had a conversation about her childhood as the daughter of a judge, it came down to a case of caesar's wife. Is it fair, actually in the case the Clintons, Kennedys, and Fox yes.

How to deal with an unrepentant spouse: an Irish person can tell a person to go to hell and have them so excited at the prospect they demand to know when, where the train is leaving and how to get a ticket. Then offer them a loan to get the ticket and a ride to the train station. Be Irish
