All I can say is that when we do get to heaven, I don't really think that we're going to see a GOP elephant banner, or for that matter, a Democratic donkey one anywhere remotely around. After all, heaven will definitely not be monopolized by any one political party or religious faction!

The other day I had a rare moment, I was speechless...at least for maybe 15 seconds... can't remember now what it was me & husband was talking about. I do so LOVE to hear others opinions though, questions are always revolving in my head, I am capable of putting up 100 threads just for curiosity, but I control myself......I so enjoy picking answers mercilessly apart. Our oldest son is a fine Christian young man, personally I think he is "too good"... he would agree with your every word here Arbitrator. One thing he has always said about me...and loves is...... I challenge him to THINK, he tells me nothing has ever prepared him more ... for dealing with Atheists. Ha ha, what a nice compliment !

For a time he was arguing on You Tube with some of them. I've likely thrown every dilemma there is at him... he still comes back swinging ...but so do I... and amazingly .. we still have a ton of respect for each other.

Simply: I, for one, believe that you've got one outstanding young man there in your son; but I'm also kind of thinking that he's got two even finer parents whose love knows no bounds. May God richly bless all of you!
