personally I don't see it affecting my per month insurance cost too much since my wife has MS and the cost is already high (hell, it would nice if it went down- thanks TG for the extra moeny!!)

This is relatively novel in a way.

The Administration denied this was a tax. Chief Justice Roberts kept badgering them that it "was" a tax, which they denied.

Despite them denying it, Roberts offered the BASIS for his own ratification of an argument THEY DID NOT MAKE.

And, we aren't being screwed by the political class?
