Default Prostate health on Dr. Oz

I saw this show today and it had a very interesting comment regarding prostate health. To keep it healthy a man should be ejaculating 21 times a month--sex or masturbation.

So what does this mean for men who's women are not that interested in sex and also have stress over masturbation?

Kind of a trap. Deprivation can lead to prostate cancer.

More sex leads to more intimacy and prostate health.

Food for thought.

Very interesting segment. I've heard before that it's good for men to ejaculate frequently. In my situation, I'm even more concerned because my father has developed prostate cancer in his late 70s, although it's not that uncommon in older men. Still, I think this underscores the need to have more sex, whether by yourself or with your partner. Thanks for posting this.

Alot of sex is good for a number of things - Prostate health, Vascular health, intimacy, even can count as exercise, I forget how many miles they equate you run a month by having so many sexual encounters a week, I caught that on the news a month ago.

I have heard that regular g-spot messages for men can be healthy for prostate health, and can give you pleasure as well..
