I occasionally do my own laundry and often notice my wife's underwear has yellowish/whitish stains in the vagina area. One day, I got the nerve to sniff it and it smelled rotten, like rotten pu$$y, pardon the bad expression. One day recently she noticed that I noticed a pair on the bed that had an obvious stain and later she blamed some woman's product used for periods that she tried. I don't buy it. I wonder if this has anything to do with the months-long dry spell we are having. The dry spell has had some legit reasons (ie, flu, food poisoning, etc) but I don't think it has affected everyday. And some reasons I get on a daily basis make no sense.
For an unrelated second question, I have had only one other long-term relationship prior my wife. We had great sex but I don't recall hair on her bum. She had no issues with nudity or various sexual positions where her ass was exposed. My wife is the opposite (issues with nudity and different positions) and has hinted she has hair there. I have tried to get a quick feel but can't be certain. I have never seen her ass in daylight, even in underwear. Do all women have hair back there? Do those girls in the porno flicks all get wax jobs? lol

Does it smell kind of like rotten fish? If so she has a case of bacterial vaginosis. It is a condition in which the fauna in the vagina is out of balance. She can get it diagnosed to be sure. Then I would advise against taking the antibiotics that are prescribed. Instead go on amazon and get boric acid powder, gel capsules and a capsule maker. The antibiotics kill the good and the bad bacteria risking MASSIVE yeast infection.

All women have discharge. It is a normal physical thing. I wonder if it embarrasses her to speak to you about it?

Sorry for the dumb questions.
I have a hairy bum just like you! And I wax and/or shave.
I'm so lucky to live in Canada, where health care is largely paid for by the government. Doctors swab for EVERYTHING when they do a Pap. A woman can request only the cervical brushing for cells, if they don't want the swab.
My butt has no hair on it at all. Your wife may just hate her ass or it may be hairy. Ask her. It's not normal for a wife to hide her bum from her hubby.
Fishy smell does sound like an infection. I certainly don't smell like that! Posted via Mobile Device
I'm very shocked that you guys don't know women have cervical mucus! It discharges in different quantities of the month. It's a natural protection from bacteria invasion and sperms that arrive at non ovulation period. Pls be more resourceful before accusing your wife!
After all day with some urine on the panties, of course it stinks. Smell your own underwear so you also know yours stink.
Unless the color is green or very yellow. White and cream colour is healthy. Posted via Mobile Device

What is it with men and discharge? Like it is something gross?! It is a natural and normal bi product of a woman's anatomy. What do you think is all that "wetness" you so desire on your joysticks?
Now, odors vary throughout the month. Ovulation and stress can both affect the consistency and smell. I mean, walking around all day in panties and tights at work for 10 hours might cause excessive sweat that could also be the source of an unpleasant odor, but most of it is normal.
Personally, I know my aroma can vary from tangy to sweet and the viscosity can range from thick to very thin depending on my hormones.
Though, if it is yellowish and down right awful (someone mentioned rotten fish) smelling, she might have BV. You can but little testing kits at the pharmacy to check for BV w/o having to go back to the OBGYN.
