Abs For Sex
I've been toying around with the idea of a exercise routine developed specifically for sex for quite a while now. My idea was to create a supplemental 5-15 minute routine I could do every morning that wouldn't interfere with other daily activities. No endless crunches and pilates classes when I plan on lifting weights later in the evening. And let's face it, sometimes we don't always have the time or motivation in the morning to exercise and get ready for work. That's where my idea comes in.
After weeks of wasting away from not eating and sinking into depression over my divorce I reached a point where I couldn't even go for a 5 minute walk without feeling exhausted. So I sat down and planned out an exercise routine to rehab my core muscles and get back into new school bodybuilding. It wasn't until I watched a porno that I go the inspiration to exercise for sex by going through some of the motions. And this is what I cam up with.
The routine was designed for men but can easily be accomidated for woman as well. I'm still toying around with it but the goal was to create a crunch-less routine to strengthen the transverse abdominus (TA) that helps support the trunk, and act's as corset keeping the pot belly sucked in and helps with excreting waste and child birthing. Don't get me wrong you'll also work every other ab muscle but the TA is emphasized most.
You can begin this in bed as soon as you wake up or anytime during the day.
First exercise - Oral Kneeling Plank
You'll get into the plank position on your knees supporting yourself with your elbows under your chest and hands turned upward. You can grab your pillow if you want and pretend your squeezing her cheeks;p You're going to get down as low as possible while still keeping your abs tight and hold this for 10 seconds at least. Then reach one hand straight out in front of you as if to play with her breast and hold this position for 10 seconds. Bring your arm back in to the starting plank position and repeat for ten seconds with the other arm. Do this 2-3 times starting out.
Second exercise - Oral downward doggy
You're going to get on your elbows and knees starting out with your butt up as high as possible. Lean down on your elbows as low as you can go with your abs still tight and in a straight line. Hold this position for ten seconds. Next move your arm out with your palm turned upwards as if you were holding her leg away from her body and hold for ten seconds. Repeat with the other leg and go back to the starting position. Do this 2-3 times before moving on.
Third exercise - Missionary Kneeling Push Ups
Get into the pushup position on your knees with your abs and tight, spine in a straight line with your chest out. Slowly lower yourself down as if to kiss your partner and then rais yourself back up. Next go down to the left as if to kiss or lick her neck and then come back up. Repeat with the right side before returning to the starting position. You'll do all three moves 20-25 times before moving on.
Fourth exercise - Missionary Plank Thrust
You're going to get yourself into the regular plank position with town on the floor and whole body in a straight line with your elbows supporting your weight under your chest. Keep your abs tight so your hips don't sink towards the floor. Now push yourself forewards with your toes slowly forewards and backwards 20-25 times. You should feel this in your chest, back, and abs.
Fith exercise - Cowgirl Sit Up
While laying down your going to sit up at a 45 degree angle lifting only your upper body, knees bent slightly and resting on the floor. Now push agains your knees with your hands and fight the resistance with your abs. You'll really feel this one make your abs tight after the first few seconds. You can also try taking turns between pulling your self up by the back of your legs and then pushing on your quads.
This is is so far, I do have ideas for other moves based on other sexual positions but I wanted to keep this simple and without any needed gym equipment. I've got some gym equipment at home such as a swiss ball and 40-200lb loadable sandbags I'd like to incorperate but that will have to come later. Let me know how you guys like this routine and how I can improve it.
