Arrow Abs For Sex

Abs For Sex

I've been toying around with the idea of a exercise routine developed specifically for sex for quite a while now. My idea was to create a supplemental 5-15 minute routine I could do every morning that wouldn't interfere with other daily activities. No endless crunches and pilates classes when I plan on lifting weights later in the evening. And let's face it, sometimes we don't always have the time or motivation in the morning to exercise and get ready for work. That's where my idea comes in.

After weeks of wasting away from not eating and sinking into depression over my divorce I reached a point where I couldn't even go for a 5 minute walk without feeling exhausted. So I sat down and planned out an exercise routine to rehab my core muscles and get back into new school bodybuilding. It wasn't until I watched a porno that I go the inspiration to exercise for sex by going through some of the motions. And this is what I cam up with.

The routine was designed for men but can easily be accomidated for woman as well. I'm still toying around with it but the goal was to create a crunch-less routine to strengthen the transverse abdominus (TA) that helps support the trunk, and act's as corset keeping the pot belly sucked in and helps with excreting waste and child birthing. Don't get me wrong you'll also work every other ab muscle but the TA is emphasized most.

You can begin this in bed as soon as you wake up or anytime during the day.

First exercise - Oral Kneeling Plank
You'll get into the plank position on your knees supporting yourself with your elbows under your chest and hands turned upward. You can grab your pillow if you want and pretend your squeezing her cheeks;p You're going to get down as low as possible while still keeping your abs tight and hold this for 10 seconds at least. Then reach one hand straight out in front of you as if to play with her breast and hold this position for 10 seconds. Bring your arm back in to the starting plank position and repeat for ten seconds with the other arm. Do this 2-3 times starting out.

Second exercise - Oral downward doggy
You're going to get on your elbows and knees starting out with your butt up as high as possible. Lean down on your elbows as low as you can go with your abs still tight and in a straight line. Hold this position for ten seconds. Next move your arm out with your palm turned upwards as if you were holding her leg away from her body and hold for ten seconds. Repeat with the other leg and go back to the starting position. Do this 2-3 times before moving on.

Third exercise - Missionary Kneeling Push Ups
Get into the pushup position on your knees with your abs and tight, spine in a straight line with your chest out. Slowly lower yourself down as if to kiss your partner and then rais yourself back up. Next go down to the left as if to kiss or lick her neck and then come back up. Repeat with the right side before returning to the starting position. You'll do all three moves 20-25 times before moving on.

Fourth exercise - Missionary Plank Thrust
You're going to get yourself into the regular plank position with town on the floor and whole body in a straight line with your elbows supporting your weight under your chest. Keep your abs tight so your hips don't sink towards the floor. Now push yourself forewards with your toes slowly forewards and backwards 20-25 times. You should feel this in your chest, back, and abs.

Fith exercise - Cowgirl Sit Up
While laying down your going to sit up at a 45 degree angle lifting only your upper body, knees bent slightly and resting on the floor. Now push agains your knees with your hands and fight the resistance with your abs. You'll really feel this one make your abs tight after the first few seconds. You can also try taking turns between pulling your self up by the back of your legs and then pushing on your quads.


This is is so far, I do have ideas for other moves based on other sexual positions but I wanted to keep this simple and without any needed gym equipment. I've got some gym equipment at home such as a swiss ball and 40-200lb loadable sandbags I'd like to incorperate but that will have to come later. Let me know how you guys like this routine and how I can improve it.

Two things:

From a purely technical standpoint, working the abs / body frontal muscles alone without some work on the back will give you a REALLY strange shape;

It doesn't actually matter what kind of clever, fun, jazzy names you give exercises, the fact is that there is no quick, easy fix. A small input in effort is a LOT better than nothing, but the effects too are likely to be small.

If you want soopadee-doopadee abs, be prepared to put it lots and lost of work with lots and lots of exercise and a serious dietary regime.

Fifteen minutes here and there and the same crap diet will get you nowhere fast.

Before you knock it could at least try it before preaching the same general knowledge everybody knows. You do realize that you are not talking to a gym newbie here... I could school you for days in what you think you know about fitness. Hey, if you want to preach before you practice then go ahead.

I know you probably aren't a gym newbie, but before you start working yourself up for a pissi*g contest, just remember, that if you are trying to help gym newbies, the absolute worse thing you can do is say "here, try this: no effort, maximum results!"

The promise of "free lunches" has caused more people to give up on fitness that everything else put together probably.

Probably the best kind of exercise to improve sex is the kind that increases testosterone (for both men and women), ie strength training doing heavy lifts, high volume low reps, working the big muscles the most.

If your concern is more core and endurance why not use intervals and core exercises like plyometrics, or pilates and yoga? I suppose your exercises fit into this category anyways, and I realize that the best way to strengthen the muscles you need is to do the ones for your own sport, I just don't think its necessary to limit it to certain particular exercises, I think it would be more useful to just go for overall balance and versatility rather than just focussing on a few relevant motions... (my opinion anyhow, take it or leave it )

Look! I didn't promise this would give you a six pack, shed a single pound, or anything like that. I didn't even reccomend dietary changes and or cardio because this is not a show your abs program. You came to that conclusion all on your own. I said it would help with stability and core strength during sex so maybe you could have a healthier sex life without wearing yourself out. If you can't differentiate between healthy and physical aesthetics then maybe you should't be posting your fitness opinions on my thread. And btw planks are reccomended for weak abs and help with lower back pain. If you don't believe me then look it up.

Not sure if you were taking my comments as criticism or not. However I will say that your product definitely would sell, undoubtedly if it happened to be marketed appropriately.

This just reminds me of how I used to (seeking proper terminology here...fail) ride hubs.

I had an entire method and motion to it so I was working my abs at the same time. Totally added to my need to roll over and pass out after, but could really feel the burn in my abs too, which after my latest gym experiences, I should have stuck to, because I have lost some muscle with this separation thing

Same here. I've lost about 5lbs of muscle and am just now getting back into shape. That's where these core stability exercises come in to play.

Don't worry you will gain back the muscle you've lost faster than you realize. If you've been having spells of anoexia you're likely to gain mostly muscle for the next few months, provided you don't pig out to make up for the lost weight.

Go ahead and give some of the planks I've provided a try before you get too carried away with crunches and ab machines. Believe me you don't want to burn out your abs or you'll have a hard time getting out of bed the next morning, and forget about laughing/coughing without a dull pain. When you can run for at least 15 minutes on an inclined treadmill without slouching you can do whatever ab program you like

If just one person will give this a try and give feedback so I can make necessary changes, I will share my secrets for effective low effort fat loss and muscle gain. Forget what you heard about six meals a day, fad supplements, and cardio for fat loss when there is a much simpler way. I'll even throw in my kegel routine for premature ejaculation.

We've been doing a deep water aerobics class for a couple of months now. It friggn rocks at core strength and I've sure noticed the improvement in both of us.
