More birds, sorry. But somebody is getting laid.

Sigh, my wife gives me the speaking treatment.

Who's getting laid!?

The male birds are always so much prettier than the females. And, they usually do some sort of fancy dance or routine in order to attract the females. I'm always fascinated by the mating habits of birds!

We have the market cornered on those things up here in Burleson County! They're just damned near everywhere!

The only deviation in our local buzzardry are threefold: the traditional turkey buzzard, coal black with a red head and comb; traditional black with black head and comb; and the Mexican eagle, light brown with white wing tips with red head and comb!

Protected birds, illegal to hunt and kill, although my deceased ex-FIL, a former 85 year old rancher and lawyer, took immense pleasure himself in shooting at them because he feared that they'd go after some of his defenseless newborn calves!

He did avoid going before a judge or magistrate as he never got caught! Said that he could legally represent himself in county or state district court!
