Last night we saw top 11 performance, who will go home tonight?
Just some comments for 2 outstanding performancers:
James:
We (my family) think James sang well but he's getting ****y after his performance. He kept the judges waiting to give comments as if he's already a super rock star.
He didn't bring nothing new except hitting those high note by screaming.
I think Steven Taylor can make a more beautiful screaming than him. We still love the old rockers a great deal.
Scotty:
The country 17 year old boy, my family felt he looked weird with his leaning to the side in the beginning; however, after couples of times watching his performances, we understand he's just being true to who he is.
Last night, they said it was NOT Scotty's best performance but we're touched by his very "Country" Style and Voice. We liked his American Country Singing although my family aren't Americans and we love Rock than Country music.
Personally, I'd like to see Haley win, she's from my hometown. But if she did, it would be wild, because Lee Dewyze is from the town right next to ours, Wheeling and Mt. Prospect, IL-respectively!!!
Funny story...I went to American Idol auditions with family in tow, we actually left our house in Jersey and traveled the hour to NYC and arrived at 7am, when I was 29 (7 years ago). Did a quick audition singing Patsy Cline's Crazy (because I am, in fact, crazy) while standing in line to some American Idol employee and then was told to go to a table to fill out a long string of forms, etc...only to find out that I was too old
Now they've increased the age but back then I think I was told it was 24 or maybe 26?...either way, I'm still too old.
Yeah, my dreams of becoming a freak show star were crushed but my family and I laughed our bum's off the entire time.
Last night's R&RHOF show was really good. That's two great weeks in a row. Hard to pick a bottom three.
I'm guessing Stefano - because he's been there before - even though he was REALLY good last night - and maybe Paul. Third could be just about anyone else. Guessing either Stefano or Paul goes home.
Thought Pia might have been the worst of the night - but she was still very good and I think all of her other performances should keep her out of the bottom three.

OK - where'd you people go?
Could not believe Pia went home - although they are all really good right now...
I thought Pia had a good chance of winning the whole thing.
Seems like this happened last year too - a lot of really good female singers were cut early on and for the ?third? year in a row a guy won it.
Starting to realize the voting is driven by tweens or teenage girls. I look back now and think there's NO WAY Lee should have beaten Crystal! But hey - he was much cuter, right?
I don't see James as being ****y or arrogant...
Kind of rooting for James or Casey myself. Lauren is my girls' favorite!
Never thought Lee was good looking myself but I guess I"m kinda picky... There have been some seasons where I had a favorite early on (Chris Daughtry-- have seen him in concert and he sounds the same as he does on the radio-- LOVE him!) but this year I really don't. They're all talented. I found myself liking Paul's performance much more this week. He reminds me a lot of Rod Stewart. I think he has a great radio voice. I think I like the raspiness in Haley's and Paul's voices. It has an edgy tone but I think Haley overdoes it a little at times. She has that Kim Carnes thing going on ( I know, I'm telling my age-- the younger crowd wouldn't have a clue who I'm talking about!).
I gotcha - so I guess I'm not the younger crowd!!!
After last night's show that makes three weeks in a row where almost everyone has been really, really good.
I'm wondering at this point if it doesn't just come down to their personalities. People who like Country voting for Scotty, Rock people for James, soul/gospel for Jacob. People who like bad suits voting for Paul!!!
Lauren might be the only one who is good enough and can appeal to a broader base. She does a lot of country, but not the same way Scotty does.
Casey, Jacob and James are all great - but their styles and personalities are so "unique" I just wonder if they can keep getting enough votes.
I agree that Lauren can win it. Sounds kind of bad, but I'm not sure if Jacob's song choices (which lean towards gospel) will get him any extra votes. He probably does have the best voice, but definitely needs to tone it down.
Thought Casey and Hailey's duet was amazing last night!
What??? They were all awesome!!! Casey was fierce! Even Stefano was incredible (even though he can't move). I simply cannot choose at this point.
I think a lot of it just comes down to personality and the style of music at this point. I thought Scotty was a bit weak last night, but he will still get a lot of country votes.
Jacob sings great, but I just wonder if enough people who like that style of music (almost gospel) really watch the show.
They really are all good. Stefano seems to get better every week.
I still think Lauren has the best shot at winning - but its so hard to predict!!!
I was beginning to like Stefano. He was rigid onstage but had a phenomenal voice. Producers would be nuts to not scoop him up!
Was hoping it was Jacob, but kind of figured Stefano would go home next week anyway.
Stefano got a LOT better during his time on the show.
I wasn't watching back when Daughtry was on there. I really like James a lot and thought he was amazing this week. I'm just not sure what he does appeals to enough people for him to get enough votes to win.
