TAMers who have gone "missing"...

Ok, this may (or may not!) be a fun thread...

Over the past couple of years at TAM, I have noticed some of my very favoritest (don't think that's an actual word) posters have just "disappeared"... *POOF*... many times, vanished mid-thread...

These are people who gave their heart-and-soul to threads, posts, and TAM friendships...

Never-minding those who were perma-banned (thrown into the TAM Netherworld), who have you noticed that has just "vanished without a trace"... or at the very least, an explanation?? A poster whose wisdom you miss? Hopefully folks come here, get what they need, figure out their issues and move on, but I still can't help missing a few TAM friends...

I'll go first...

@Almostrecovered (AR)... Where ARE you??
@CharlieParker (ye of the most scrumptious culinary cuisine photog skills)... Where ARE you??
@Hope1964 (whose ability to "cut to the chase" is sorely missed)... Where ARE you???

Re: TAMers who have gone "missing"...

Would it be possible to reach out to them through a PM ?

Also would anyone know how to see much older posts then the last 500 of long time posters.

Re: TAMers who have gone "missing"...

I can never keep track who gets banned and whatnot (its like having a second job keeping tabs of all the goings on in here ha). Those are good posters Happy to have mentioned. I would like to add Jellybeans on there. I have not seen a post of hers in a long time and I always enjoyed her responses on threads.

What about "Faithful Wife?" She used to post all the time.

Knowing FW, she's not gone. Maybe on a hiatus?

I've noticed that many long term TAMers take breaks for awhile... for example, @Anon Pink has been absent for awhile (as has @faithfulwife)... I suspect they will be back in due time .

Who else is missing, someone who always seemed to be around? ( I really miss @CharlieParker's dinner thread posts and glorious photos -- salivating as I type -- not to mention all his "Welcome Back" posts after my multiple TAM bannings ) A true gentleman...

I've tried! Sadly, no response.

No idea except searching a poster's name for old threads created by the OP...

Jellybeans. Mediterranean Man.

TAM is easily a second life. Sometimes you have to choose between your spouse and lover! LOL!

I have had a tawdry affair with TAM.

I have before poured out everything and then stopped because my husband was suddenly sick and diagnosed with NHL.... so all marriage issues were rug swept while we worked together towards recovery.... Now that he is in remission (for now) our problems have crept back up..... so maybe it was a sudden life change? Issue? Health?

@Anon1111

He deleted all of his threads before leaving. I reached out to him via PM a few times. He replied to one, but really just said thanks for being a good guy.
@Bostonbruins

Strange dynamic, not dissimilar to Anon, minus the special needs kids.
