I am thinking of this guy:

Any better suggestions? Seems like good quality for the price.

You can always use the shortened URL:

Pro Half Rack by Fitness Gear | ****'S Sporting Goods

It is a nice looking rack, not too expensive and doesn't take up a ton of space. Looks like it has received very good reviews overall as well

Re: Exercise Motivation Thread

Going to the PT twice a week now and it really has helped. Being the type of person that struggles to push myself too hard (except on a bike) the PT is fantastic for me. I work twice as hard in 30 mins than I would on my own in an hour, use much heavier weights and much more variety in the exercises. The plan is to continue twice a week till Christmas then back to once a week.

Anyone else go to a PT? What have your results been?

Re: Exercise Motivation Thread

Wrapped up 5am workout, did deadlifts, front squats, rack pulls, and leg curls (ran out of time to get a few other accessory movements in, but may try to get some cardio in later today if things get quiet at work). I also need to acquire a new left glute as it has been bugging me for months now

The other issue, the morning poop ... Nothing worse then going to the gym and having to stop midway through b/c nature calls, and it always seems to happens minutes after I chalk up my hands. On a few occasions that was enough to kill the rest of my workout, so I just go home lol.

Another trophy wives work out under my belt this morning. And no, I am not a trophy wife LOL. That's what I call the later morning classes.

Ellis, the poop issue is real. It is my Saving Grace, however. When I get up at 5 a.m., my body is used to doing that before I leave for my 5:30 a.m. class. On the odd occasion I want to sleep in, my body will not let me. So I might as well work out LOL.

I get up around 4am ish or so, gym at 5am, so I have that hour window to make the magic happen which is usually not an issue. Some days though, the magic likes to wait until 5:30am when I am knee deep in my workout, and it just becomes a question of how long I want to walk around the gym prairie doggin it lol.
