Worked out today with my fiance, it was great...we pushed each other. Back workout and some isolated kettlebell and chest exercises.
Wide grip lat pull downs
seated cable rows
ab work - planks, and ab crunches with medicine ball
Then, 25 minutes of cardio on treadmill, just a fast paced walk on incline.
Off to having dinner with him soon. Hope you all had an awesome weekend!
