Not a good session. Went at the wrong time (Bank holiday morning rush hour), so place was heaving. Plus, couldn't find my motivation. I had 1.5 beers last night at dinner, which didn't sit well. I don't drink a lot, but I'm wondering if I should NOT drink on the nights before workouts any more. Or at least, not beer, which has made me feel 'off' for a while now.

Tried to HIIT, but got lightheaded, so a fast paced 10 mins instead.
