Spent the last couple of days helping M'Lady to use the home gym. Light stuff, all upper body, as she recovers from a knee replacement. So, sit ups, pec flys, shoulder, chest presses, standing press ups. Sit ups, press ups, curls, light deadlifts for me.
Took myself to the gym this morning.
Walking Lunges (dumbell)
And stayed away from beer! JD honey with a lot of soda water seemed to be OK though. Had a 1/2 glass of wine yesterday at Mums Easter lunch, which didn't sit well. So went and chopped wood for an hour in her log shed to burn it off!
