Yesterday, I did 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. And, I also did leg presses, the leg extension thingamagig, and the hip abduction thingamagig.
Today, I had a long meeting that occupied my normal workout time so I actually got up 1/2 hour earlier and did a Jillian workout. My H even joined me. Hey, I'm so not a morning person so that was quite an accomplishment for me! I have after work plans so I wanted to do something.
