I normally aim to workout 5 days a week, but I would say that it actually ends up being 4 days a week instead. When I workout during my lunch hour during the week, I do 20-30 minutes of cardio then I pick out 3-4 machines and do about 3 sets on each. Today I did 20 minutes on treadmill and a quick 7 on the arc trainer. For the weight machines, I did bicep curls, shoulder press, then the back pulls (sorry, I don't know the correct terminology for the weight machines!). Since I did upper body on the machines today, I'll do lower body tomorrow and I alternate like that.
