I think it is called 3-2-1 dressing in other places. I think the author's sister came up with it.

Please keep sharing as you discover what you like. Healthy influence, you know.

One of the deepest feminine pleasures is when a man stands full, present, and unreactive in the midst of his woman's emotional storms. When he stays present with her, and loves her through the layers of wildness and closure, then she feels his trustability, and she can relax. -- David Deida, The Way of the Superior Man

That is not a healthy salad dressing. Take out the sugar and add oil instead. Fat is necessary for properly digesting the vitamins in salads due to the fat soluble vitamins. The sugar does nothing for your body, but contribute to an unbalanced microbiome, increase inflammation, create hormonal problems, etc.

I was going to say the same thing.

I make my own salad dressings - have for ages. My go-to is just half and half raw apple cider vinegar and cold pressed EVOO. For a variation I might use rice or balsamic vinegar, cold pressed sesame oil, or something called Mary's Oil Blend Mary Enig’s Oil Blend Since I bought a Ninja, I've been adding things like fresh squeezed lemon juice, spices, herbs, mustard, and yogurt to it when I have the time.

I'm getting used to my low carb diet. I don't weigh myself so I have no idea if I am making progress. I am getting used to listening to my body when it's telling me it's full, and not keeping eating stuff just cuz it tastes good.

People don't get a free pass to cheat just because their marriage sucks.

Don't worry! You're still beautiful! Scales can't measure that.

That might be true if you were eating a salad by itself. But as part of a larger meal, you're probably still getting enough fat to facilitate carotenoid absorption.

If it's part of a larger meal, yes, but still using olive oil or some other healthy oil is actually good for your heart and there is no need to leave it out. The sugar, otoh, is not good.
