Exercise Motivation Thread 2 - Deuces Wild

The continuation of the first epic thread (in my best dramatic voiceover)!

This is why almost three years after starting it, I am now teaching bags classes and learning how to hug people around their neck until they go to sleep (chokes in Jiu Jitsu).

Angry at your boss? Wife? Co worker? The person who didn't use their signal and turned at the last minute?

Lol, the bag is their proxy...poor bag.

This is me! At 50.00 per month, way cheaper than therapy. And my exbf is often the recipient of my ire.😈

Busy weekend, so i'm tired and having a case of CBA (Can't Be A$$ED) today. It's also M'Lady's B'Day, so waiting for the whistle to blow and I can get out of here and take her to dinner this this evening.

Re: Exercise Motivation Thread 2 - Deuces Wild

My husband and I went away for a few days to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Puget Sound and the Salish Sea. I left my computer and my workout gear and enjoyed the trip. We did a lot of walking and a little hiking. I feel refreshed.

5/9/17
Elliptical
40 mins

5/10/17
Gym
Squats
1x10x132lbs (60kg)
1x10x200lbs (90kg)
1x5x242lbs (110kg)
1x5x264lbs (120kg)

Bench Press
1x8x132lbs (60kg)
3x5x176lbs (80kg)

Incline Pec fly
2x12x44lbs (20kg)
1x10x44lbs (20kg)

Dumbbell OAR's. Dropset.
1x5x66lbs (30kg) + 1x10x35lbs (16kg)
2x10x66lbs (30kg) + 1x10x35lbs (16kg)

Weight is down to 195lbs. Keeping the calories to an average of 1541 per day. Paid for Fitbit Premium so I can run reports to help me see what i'm consuming Vs expending. And so far it seems promising. Though I don't seem to be hitting the loss alluded to below:

Quote:
You burn 1,576 calories more per day than you eat. To lose 1lb of fat a week, you would have to burn 500 calories more per day than you eat. Your current intake should reduce your fat weight by about 3.2 lb per week.
Your calorie composition from protein, fat, and carbs is a little out of balance. It's recommended that you get 10-35% of your calories from protein, 20-35% from fat, and 45-65% from carb. Your fat intake is high at 41% and carb intake is low at 38% .
The 'benchmark' section of the report does make me LOL, as apparently I should be 'on average' about 20lbs lighter. Wildly optimistic. IMO.

Thought you ***kos stopped exercising after not seeing any posts in the other thread lol.

Been away on a small vacation with the W, so just getting back to the gym yesterday. Did stuff yesterday and today (also did some light workouts at the hotel). Need to work off the large amount of food I consumed lol.
